The quickest way to get useful advice is to call, text or email with the document or question you're facing. Phone and text go to (604) 632-4959, and email to Ali@Sedighi.ca. Office hours run Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific; for a vendor question or a proposal, we usually reply within one business day.

What happens next

  1. You reach out

Call, text or email with a line about your business.

  2. We reply

Usually within one business day, on the channel you chose.

  3. You talk to a senior strategist

A focused conversation about your goals, market and numbers.

Three ways to reach us

Call (604) 632-4959. Best when you want to talk a situation through, or you have a deadline from a vendor. Missed us? A voicemail naming your business and the vendor decision in front of you is plenty.

Text (604) 632-4959. Good for a quick first contact from your phone, especially if you're on the road. A line or two is enough to start; we'll reply with any questions.

Email Ali@Sedighi.ca. The right choice when you want to send a proposal, contract, invoice or report for us to read. Attach the files and add a short note on what you need.

Whichever you choose, you reach a senior strategist. There's no call centre and no sales queue.

What to include in your message

A few details let us give you a useful answer the first time:

  • Your business name, city and province
  • What you sell, and roughly what a typical customer is worth to you
  • Your current monthly marketing spend, including agency fees and ad spend
  • Which vendors you work with now, if any
  • The decision you're facing: a proposal to sign, a vendor to keep or replace, a budget to set
  • Any deadline, such as a renewal date or a vendor's offer expiry
  • When you are easiest to reach

If you're sending documents, the most helpful ones are the proposal or contract, the last three to six monthly reports, and recent invoices. Please don't send passwords; if we need account access later, you'll grant it through each platform's user settings.

A message template you can copy

If you're not sure what to write, adapt this:

Hi Ali, I run [Business name] in [City, Province]. We sell [what you sell] and a typical customer is worth about [$ amount]. We spend about [$ amount] a month on marketing with [Vendor name or "no agency yet"]. I need help with [the decision you're facing] by [date]. I've attached [the proposal / last three reports]. Best time to reach me is [day and time].

That's all we need to come to the first conversation prepared.

What happens next

  1. We read what you sent. If you've attached documents, we review them before replying, so the first conversation is useful rather than introductory.
  2. A free 30-minute conversation. We talk through your situation, give you our first observations, and tell you honestly whether paid work makes sense. Often a few minutes of advice is enough.
  3. A written proposal, if needed. If an engagement would help, you receive a written proposal with scope, timeline, price and terms. Nothing starts until you approve it.

Prices are listed on our pricing page, and the services overview explains what each engagement includes.

Hours and reply times

Our hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day. Messages that arrive on a weekend or holiday are answered on the next business day.

If you're in Atlantic Canada or Newfoundland, our afternoon is your evening, so a morning call or an email sent the day before often works better. We work with owners across all provinces and territories; see the areas we serve for regional notes.

Before you get in touch

If you'd like to prepare, two of our guides help you organise your thinking: how to choose a marketing agency and the agency audit checklist. Both are free and useful whether or not you ever hire us.

Answers to common questions about fees, contracts and ownership are on the FAQ page.

Frequently asked questions

Who will I talk to?

A senior strategist, not a sales team. For most first conversations that means Ali Sedighi directly.

Can I send a proposal or report before we talk?

Yes, and it helps. Email the document with a line about your goal and your deadline, and we can come to the first conversation having already read it.

Is the first conversation really free?

Yes. The initial 30-minute conversation is free, with no obligation. If paid work makes sense afterwards, you receive a written proposal to approve first.

What if I don't have a proposal or report to send yet?

That's fine. Describe what you sell, what you spend and the decision in front of you. Many first conversations happen before any vendor is involved, which is often the cheapest time to get advice.
